Refund policy

We will be happy to replace or refund the amount of your purchase for items being returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or seasonal merchandise (past the relative holiday). PLUSH IS NOT RETURNABLE.

All squishy toys are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Damaged squishy must be returned within 24-hours of purchase with receipt. Exchange of exact squishy item cannot be guaranteed. 

*With a Receipt:
If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account. If you paid with cash, we'll give you a cash refund. A store credit will be issued for any purchases paid with a Learning Express Gift Card.

*Without a Receipt:
We'll issue a store credit for the lowest price of the item within 60 days.

*A valid driver’s license or government issued I.D. will be required with all returns.
